This project offered a great opportunity to impact the entire villa and its spaces and circulation through an extension. The extension enables one to read the interior volume of the villa and to locate it on site by creating considered lines of view into the landscape as well as the length, depth and height of the villa. This allowed for a way of the linking spaces horizontally and vertically, and to provide an opportunity to introduce day and sunlight into the villa, differentiated according to the type of function and space.
