Masterplanning and urban design of larger sites require balancing tangible economic and planning constraints with more intangible design aspirations such as the requirements for natural light, green areas and public routes and spaces. In our projects we try to structure urban spaces into public and private domains as well as to design spaces that facilitate differing social and communal aspects. In this regard we aim to be sensitive to cultural and climatic context for all of our projects. Key to the success in delivering large scale projects is the direct liaison with all stakeholders from day one in order to outline the aspirations of the projects and to monitor these as the project progresses. We have great experience in working with multiple clients as well as liaising with statutory and public organisations.
